Leadership Training in Brazil

The KeSch trainer, Leadership Training in Brazil, is an expert in international leadership training, emotional intelligence as well as in international negotiation and conflict management. She studied Behavioral Science at PUCRS – Rio Grande do Sul in Brazil and graduated with a degree.

She worked for three years as HR supervisor at an international chemical company. Then she spent twelve years as HR specialist and later as head of HR in a telecommunications company. Afterwards, she took on the role of international project manager in an international IT company for four years. For a further thirteen years, she served as head of HR LATAM, responsible for strategic HR management across Latin America.

Competences

Since 2024, she’s working as a trainer, consultant and coach.

Her focus areas are international leadership training, emotional intelligence, international negotiation, conflict management, coaching and mentoring as well as corporate culture and HR processes. She combines strategic HR expertise with intercultural leadership competence.

For training, consulting and coaching, the KeSch trainer holds certified qualifications as a trainer, coach and mentor. In addition, she completed qualifications in emotional intelligence assessment and Thomas International 360º degree assessment as well as numerous methodological and didactic development programmes.
