Leadership Development and Sales Training

The KeSchtrainer for Experienced trainer for leadership development and sales training has International Management background, systemic coaching and PRINCE2 certified. completed vocational training as a bank clerk and studied International Management at the University of Applied Sciences in Hof and at IPAG in Nice, France. She worked for two years as Manager Reception in an international hotel group. Then she spent 13 years in an international company for weighing technology and measuring instruments, first as Project Manager and later as Global Product Manager.

Competences

Since 2021, she has a degree in International Management and has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach. Her focus areas include leadership development, professional staff development and sales training. Also customer retention, resilience and corporate culture, as well as systemic coaching and conflict management. In addition to her certified systemic coach and certified trainer qualifications, she holds PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner certification and has completed numerous methodological and didactic advanced training programs.
