The KeSch Trainer Negotiation Training International has a degree in business administration (Technical University of Berlin). He first worked as a district manager and sales manager in Germany and then as sales manager Slovenia and Croatia for 4 years. Later he worked as Sales Director for Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan for a consumer goods manufacturer. This was followed by 14 years in the chemical industry as Managing Director in Bulgaria and Albania, President for Central Asia and finally President for the Caribbean, Central America and South America.

Since 2016, he has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach with a focus on international negotiation training, international sales strategies and negotiation management, leadership strategies for international teams and managers, building and expanding international customer relationships and key accounts, team performance and management coaching.

For training, consulting and coaching, the KeSch Trainer brings with him training as a certified trainer and coach, training as a certified recruiter and training in leadership training, as well as numerous methodological and didactic further training courses.

The KeSch Trainer coaches, advises and trains in Polish, German, Russian, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Spanish and English.

The KeSch Trainer has life and work experience in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Spain, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Mexico, Guatemala, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Honduras, Ecuador, Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Bulgaria, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.
