The KeSch trainer for agile project management and agile coaching has an MBA degree in e-Business and Supply Chain Management (Howard University Washington D.C., USA). He first worked for 6 years as a Senior IT Project Manager at a university and then for 2 years as a Supply Chain Manager in a government administration. This was followed by 10 years as Asia Pacific Site Manager and Senior Project Manager for an international IT company.
Since 2015 he has been working as a trainer, consultant and agile coach with a focus on international agile project management. Plus agile leadership and team coaching, diversity and cross-cultural training, business design process excellence and agile project coaching.
Competences
For training, consulting and coaching, the KeSch Trainer brings with him training as a certified coach and training as a Professional and Certified Scrum Master. He has a training as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and training as a Certified Blockchain Consultant. As well as numerous methodological and didactic further training courses.
Languages
The KeSch trainer coaches, advises and trains in Jamaican Creole, English and Chinese.
