KeSch trainer is expert in Sales training and conflict management. She is a travel agent and holds a graduate degree in Business Economy (University of Applied Sciences Munich). She also worked as project manager in a bank, and project manager/TQM in an areline company.
Competences
Since 1989 she has been working as a trainer and coach with the focus on conflict management and Sales training. She is expert in communication, quality management, conflict management, sales training and sales stimulation.
She also completed an education as a trainer and numerous further training courses in methodology.
