Train the trainer and assessment center

KeSch trainer is expert for Train the trainer and assessment center. He completed a study programme in Psychology, Philosophy and German Studies (University of Freiburg and Hamburg). He worked as a business unit manager for a training company, later as board of management assistant in a consulting company for interim management. After that he was a manager of assessment center in a international consultant company.

Competences

Since 2003 he has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach, with the focus on Train the trainer and assessment center. He is expert for diagnostic skills training and assessment center, agreement on objectives negotiations and appraisal interviews. He trains conversational techniques and negotiation management, potential analysis and coaching, as well as train the trainer.

In addition to a completed education in training and coaching, KeSch trainer completed a training in theme centred interaction (TCI). He did numerous further training courses in methodology and didactics.
