Process management and international management training

KeSch trainer is expert in Process management and international management training. He has a doctorate in Business Administration (University of Mannheim). Initially, he was head of Planning and Reporting with a company active in the field of energy and industrial technology for two years. He was subsequently employed as commercial manager with an automotive supplier for four years. He later worked as head of Order Processing and Controlling with a chemical company for four years and finally as CEO in an international pump industry company for 15 years.

Competences

Since 2015, he has worked as a trainer, consultant and coach specialized in Process management and international management training. He is expert in management training, controlling and quality management, international process management, change management and mediation. In addition, he trains in negotiation and conflict management.

His qualifications to perform training, consulting and coaching as KeSch trainer include an education as a coach, a certified education as European Quality Manager and numerous further methodological and didactic training programmes. Apart from this, he also has an education as European Business Process Improvement Manager and a certificate in economic mediation.
