Management training international
The KeSch trainer is an expert in international management training. She completed a study programme in German Studies and Ethnology at the University of Zagreb.
She worked three years as assistant to the board in a corporation in the construction industry. Afterwards, she worked seven years as head of international staff development in the same company.
She then worked three years as HR manager for Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This role was for a Danish home textiles and furniture trading company.
Competences
Since 2012 she has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach with the focus on Management training international appraisal interviews and agreements on objectives. She also is expert for management training and recruiting, talent management and performance management, change management and train-the-trainer.
KeSch trainer is a NLP Master and has completed an education as trainer and coach. She also has as an education in talent management and organisation development, and numerous further training courses in methodology and didactics.
