Initially, she was employed as Executive Assistant Manufacturing, Purchasing and Supply Chain for two years and subsequently as Assistant Manager Global Talent Management for nine years with an automobile manufacturer. After that, she worked as Manager of Organization Performance with a pharmaceutical industry company for three years.

Since 2015, she has a degree and has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach. Her focus is leadership development in Japan, management development and managerial skill training.

She is an expert in diversity, inclusion and cross-cultural communication. She also trains negotiation, virtual negotiation and conflict management. In addition, she trains talent management and organisational performance.

Her qualifications for training, consulting and coaching include an education as Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. The KeSch trainer also completed training as trainer for manager, sales and emotion. Numerous advanced methodological and didactic programmes complement her work in training, consulting and coaching.
