Customer orientation and negotiations in the ASEAN region

The KeSch trainer is an expert in customer orientation and negotiations in the ASEAN region. He holds a degree in Process Engineering from the University of Bradford in West Yorkshire, UK. Initially, he worked as a process engineer in a research-based pharmaceutical company. Later, he worked as head of the production office in the same company. Afterwards, he worked as manager in the International After Sales and Training Department of an automobile manufacturer.
Competences
Since 2010 he has been trainer, consultant and coach specialized in Customer orientation, virtual negotiation and negotiations in the ASEAN region. He is expert for after sales and spare parts training, sales training. He trains negotiations in the ASEAN region, international management training and team training.
His qualifications to perform training, consulting and coaching as KeSch trainer include a trainer certification and a certificate as Trainer Performance Beyond Borders mt, as well as various continuing education programmes.

The KeSch Trainer has life and work experience in Germany, England, India, Indonesia, Cambodia, Kenya, Malaysia, Nigeria, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, South Africa and South Korea.
