Sales Training Scandinavia

The KeSch Trainer Sales Training Scandinavia has a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences (University of Ostersund, Sweden). She worked for 2 years as a sales assistant in a textile trade. She then worked for 8 years as HR Manager for production and supply as well as for sales and marketing for an international manufacturer in the mechanical engineering sector. Finally, she worked as Head of HR for an international steel producer for 3 years.

Competences

Since 2018 she has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach with a focus on sales training in Scandinavia and negotiation. She also trains conflict management and emotional intelligence, leadership development and developing the coaching style of leadership.

In addition to her training as a certified coach and trainer, the KeSch trainer is also a certified trainer for organisational development, a certified trainer for diversity and inclusion, a trainer for PAPI assessment, OPQ assessment, Insights as well as numerous methodological and didactic further training courses.

Languages

The KeSch trainer coaches, advises and trains in Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and English.
