The KeSch Trainer Sales Training Scandinavia has a Bachelor’s degree in social sciences (University of Ostersund, Sweden). She worked for 2 years as a sales assistant in a textile trade. She then worked for 8 years as HR Manager for production and supply as well as for sales and marketing for an international manufacturer in the mechanical engineering sector. Finally, she worked as Head of HR for an international steel producer for 3 years.

Competences

Since 2018, she has a degree and has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach. Her focus is sales training in Scandinavia and negotiation.She also trains conflict management and emotional intelligence. In addition, she trains leadership development and developing a coaching style of leadership. In addition to her qualification as certified coach and trainer, the KeSch trainer is also a certified trainer for organisational development. She is also a certified trainer for diversity and inclusion. Furthermore, she is trained as a trainer for PAPI assessment, OPQ assessment and Insights. Numerous methodological and didactic training courses complement her work.
