Later as Business Manager for a hardware manufacturer.  Then she worked for 4 years as Head of Marketing and Country Manager for a Dutch automotive supplier in the IT sector.

Since 2017, she has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach with a focus on sales training and team training India. She trains sales training and negotiation Southeast Asia, conflict management and emotional intelligence. She also trains leadership development and developing coaching style of leadership.

In addition to her training as a certified professional coach and trainer, the KeSch trainer is also a certified systemic trainer for organisational development. She has undergone numerous methodological and didactic further training courses.
