The KeSch Trainer for Management Training Sweden – Health Management has a degree in economics (University of Hohenheim). She also has a master’s degree in human resources development (Technical University of Kaiserslautern). She worked for 7 years as a personnel officer at a textile trading company. She then worked for 12 years as a personnel officer and later as head of personnel development for the international subsidiaries of a construction supply company.
Since 2018, she has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach specialising in management training Sweden – health management. She trains international management development and team development, occupational health management and integration management. She also delivers resilience training and stress management, intercultural training Scandinavia and coaching.
In addition to her training as a certified business trainer and business coach, the KeSch trainer is a certified trainer for PERSOLOG, LINC Personality Profiler and TEMP. She has undergone numerous methodological and didactic further training courses for training, counselling and coaching.
