KeSch trainer is expert for Leadership training and sales management. He studied Bio-cybernetics, Biomedicine (University Ilmenau and Wroclaw /Poland) and holds a doctorate in Psychology (University Tübingen). Then he was an academic assistant and university lecturer at the Wroclaw University of Technology. Later he worked as a first embassy secretary for the Polish embassy in Germany. He worked for many years as sales manager in a textile trading company, and a few years as a director, chairman and general director of a life insurance company.

Competences:

Since 2000 he has been working as a trainer, coach and consultant with the focus on Leadership training and sales management, negotiation and conflict management, strategic management, corporate communication, sales training and sales management.

KeSch trainer completed an education as a management coach and numerous further specialized training courses including methodology.
