Assessment-center and leadership

KeSch trainer is expert for Assessment-center and leadership. She studied Psychology (University Antwerp). She worked for many years as the assistant to the management board in different sports associations. After that she was a consultant in a consultancy company.

Competences

Since 2000 she has been a trainer and a coach with the focus on Assessment-center and leadership. She is expert for management training, assessment centre and employee assessment, intercultural management and organizational behaviour.

KeSch trainer completed an education as a trainer of pedagogy and didactics, as well as numerous further training courses.

Languages

KeSch trainer consults and trains in Dutch, French, English and German.

The KeSch trainer has lived and worked in Vietnam, France, the Netherlands and Belgium.
