Sales Training and Purchasing Training China

The KeSch trainer is an expert in sales training and purchasing training China as well as in international negotiations, change management and the leadership of international teams. She studied Business Administration, Management and Chinese Business Language at the University of Konstanz and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree. For three years, she worked as key account manager and materials purchaser at an international logistics company in Shanghai. She then spent four years as project manager for system implementation in the ASEAN region at an international IT service provider.

Afterwards, she worked for four years as project manager for the consolidation of international purchasing and sales processes at an international producer in the cosmetics industry. Finally, she spent three years as international change manager at an international IT service provider, leading global transformation processes.

Competences

Since 2021, she’s working as a trainer, consultant and coach.

Her focus areas are sales training, purchasing training China, international negotiation, leadership of international teams, change management processes and project management. She combines intercultural competence with solid process and transformation expertise.

For training, consulting and coaching, the KeSch trainer holds a certified qualification as a business coach and trainer as well as a certified qualification in change management. In addition, she completed training in intercultural competence, obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt qualification and participated in numerous methodological and didactic development programmes.
