The KeSch trainer is an expert in sales training and purchasing training China. She also specialises in international negotiations, change management and leadership of international teams. Business Administration, Management and Chinese Business Language were studied by her at the University of Konstanz. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree.
For three years, she worked as key account manager and materials purchaser at an international logistics company in Shanghai. Afterwards, she worked four years as project manager for system implementation in the ASEAN region. This role was at an international IT service provider.
She then spent four years as project manager for consolidating international purchasing and sales processes. The company was an international producer in the cosmetics industry. Finally, she worked three years as international change manager at an international IT service provider. There she led global transformation processes.

Since 2021, she’s working as a trainer, consultant and coach. Her focus areas are sales training, purchasing training China and international negotiation. Also leadership of international teams, change management processes and project management. She combines intercultural competence with solid process and transformation expertise.
For training, consulting and coaching, the KeSch trainer holds a certified qualification as a business coach and trainer as well as a certified qualification in change management. In addition, she completed training in intercultural competence, obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt qualification and participated in numerous methodological and didactic development programmes.
