The KeSch Trainer for Purchasing Training Brazil and South America has a Master in Engineering (Instituto Superior Técnico Lisbon, Portugal and Technische Hochschule Darmstadt). She also has a Management degree from INSEAD Fountainebleau. For 9 she worked as Logistics Coordinator, later as Logitics Manager and finally as Supply Chain Manager in the plastics industry. She then worked for another 3 years as Director Purchasing for an automotive supplier .

Competences

Since 2009, she has a degree and has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach. Her focus is purchasing training in Brazil and South America.

She trains international purchasing strategies and supply chain management. She also trains negotiation management and international negotiation training. In addition, she trains leadership training and team building in purchasing. Further topics include change management in logistics, production and purchasing.

In addition to her qualification as international trainer and coach, the KeSch trainer has training as a corporate coach. She also holds certified training in DISC, MBTI, EQi 360, ISI and FIRO-B. Numerous methodological and didactic training courses complement her work in training, consulting and coaching.
