Negotiation and Leadership in Romania

The KeSch trainer is an expert for negotiation and leadership in Romania. Initially she worked for three years as a legal assistant with a notary’s office. Afterwards she worked for ten years as a lawyer with an international law firm.

Competences

Since 2013 she has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach with the focus on negotiation and leadership in Romania. Furthermore she trains management development, labour law, negotiation and negotiation techniques, contract negotiation and conflict management, sales training and customer complaint management, leadership coaching and intercultural coaching.

To train, consult as coach the KeSch trainer has a qualification as graduated intercultural trainer and coach as well as training as procurement and sales expert and numerous further methodic and didactic educations.

Work experience

The KeSch trainer has living and working experience in Romania, Bulgaria and Austria.
