KeSch trainer is expert for Leadership. She completed a study programme in Social Science and in Public and Business Administration (University Konstanz). For more than 10 years she worked as personnel development officer and organisation development officer for an automobile supplier. After that she worked as a HR manager Latin America for an international automobile supplier in Brazil.

Competences:

Since 2011 she has been working as trainer, consultant and coach with the focus on Leadership. She is expert for leadership development and training for managers. She trains communication skills, team development and conflict management, personnel development, consulting and coaching.

In addition to a completed education in systematic personnel and organisation development, education in leadershipcoaching and international leadershipdevelopment, KeSch trainer completed numerous further training courses in methodology and didactics.
