After finishing her training as office clerk, the KeSch trainer studied Business Administration at the University of Sofia, Bulgaria. She started her career as an assistant to the Executive Board and later became Export Manager with a logistics company. Subsequently she worked in the position as Head of the Business International Department and then as commercial plant manager with an automotive supplier.
