Agile project management and agile coaching

The KeSch trainer for agile project management and agile coaching holds an MBA in e-Business and Supply Chain Management. He graduated from Howard University in Washington D.C., USA.

He first worked six years as a Senior IT Project Manager at a university. Afterwards, he worked two years as a Supply Chain Manager in a government administration. This was followed by ten years as Asia Pacific Site Manager. He also worked as Senior Project Manager for an international IT company.

Since 2015, he has a degree and has been working as a trainer, consultant and agile coach. His focus is international agile project management.

He also trains agile leadership and team coaching. Further topics include diversity and cross-cultural training. In addition, he trains business design process excellence and agile project coaching.

Competences

For training, consulting and coaching, the KeSch Trainer brings with him training as a certified coach and training as a Professional and Certified Scrum Master. He has a training as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and training as a Certified Blockchain Consultant. As well as numerous methodological and didactic further training courses.

Languages

The KeSch trainer coaches, advises and trains in Jamaican Creole, English and Chinese.
