The KeSch trainer is an expert in customer acquisition and sales conversations. She has a diploma in business management (University of Munich, Germany). At first she worked for 9 years in the sales department of a financial service provider where she later was head of distribution. Afterwards she worked for 6 years as managing director of an international call centre as well as 4 years as head of human resources at an international IT company.

Competences

Since 2005, she has a degree and has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach. Her focus is customer acquisition and sales conversations. She also trains reasoning techniques, price negotiation and objection handling. In addition, she trains customer service and telephone communication. Further topics include on-the-job training and sales coaching. For training, consulting and coaching, she holds qualifications as management trainer and sales trainer. She is also qualified as business coach and project manager. Numerous further methodological and didactic training courses complement her profile.
