She worked for two years as Manager Reception in an international hotel group. Then she spent 13 years in an international company for weighing technology and measuring instruments, first as Project Manager and later as Global Product Manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2021, she has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach with a focus on leadership development and sales training. Her areas of expertise include professional development, sales training and customer retention. Also resilience and corporate culture, as well as systemic coaching and conflict management. She holds certifications as a systemic coach and trainer as well as PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner.
