She also has a master&#8217;s degree in human resources development (Technical University of Kaiserslautern). The<strong> Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong> Trainer worked for 7 years as a personnel officer at a textile trading company. She then worked for 12 years as a personnel officer and later as head of personnel development for the international subsidiaries of a construction supply company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2018, she has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach specialising in management training Sweden &#8211; health management. She trains  international management development and team development, occupational health management and integration management. She also delivers  resilience training and stress management, intercultural training Scandinavia and coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to her training as a certified business trainer and business coach, the KeSch trainer is a certified trainer for PERSOLOG, LINC Personality Profiler and TEMP. She has undergone numerous methodological and didactic further training courses for training, counselling and coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Languages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong>  trainer coaches, counsels and trains in Swedish, German and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong>  trainer has life and work experience in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria and Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training programme offered by <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong>  Training International covers the entire spectrum of management, purchasing and sales. It is conducted in more than 40 languages.
