He is a graduate engineer from the Polytechnic University Riga in Latvia. <span style=\"color: #313131; font-weight: bold;\">Ke<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #a23047;\">Sch<\/span> expert is also an industrial engineer from the Technical University of Berlin. He worked as an electrical engineer in the construction industry. Later, he worked as a sales representative in corporate business in Eastern Europe. This role was within a financial services industry group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2005, he has been working as an insurance and reinsurance broker. He has worked in offices across Europe, including Germany, Latvia and Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>He has been working as a trainer and coach with the focus on Sales consulting Eastern Europe and Central Europe. He is expert for international finance, intercultural consulting for the Baltic states and sales consulting for Eastern Europe and Central and Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2001 he has been teaching company pension scheme and tax law at a German University of applied sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Languages<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #313131; font-weight: bold;\">Ke<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #a23047;\">Sch<\/span> expert coaches and consults in Latvian, Russian, Ukrainian, Belarusian, English and German.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <span style=\"color: #313131; font-weight: bold;\">Ke<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #a23047;\">Sch<\/span> trainer has lived and worked in Germany, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training programme offered by <span style=\"color: #313131; font-weight: bold;\">Ke<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #a23047;\">Sch<\/span> Training International covers the entire spectrum of management, purchasing and sales.
