Initially, she worked as head of the German department in a Spanish language school for six years and subsequently as personnel developer and organisation developer in a medium-sized industrial company for four years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 1997, she has worked as a trainer, consultant and coach specialized in Distribution training and presentation training. She is expert in management training and support of change processses, conception and implementation of potential analyses and assessment center.
