He graduated from Howard University in Washington D.C., USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He first worked six years as a Senior IT Project Manager at a university. Afterwards, he worked two years as a Supply Chain Manager in a government administration. This was followed by ten years as Asia Pacific Site Manager. He also worked as Senior Project Manager for an international IT company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2015, he has a degree and has been working as a trainer, consultant and agile coach. His focus is international agile project management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also trains agile leadership and team coaching. Further topics include diversity and cross-cultural training. In addition, he trains business design process excellence and agile project coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For training, consulting and coaching, the <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong> Trainer brings with him training as a certified coach and training as a Professional and Certified Scrum Master. He has a training as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and training as a Certified Blockchain Consultant. As well as numerous methodological and didactic further training courses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Languages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong> trainer coaches, advises and trains in Jamaican Creole, English and Chinese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong> Trainer has life and work experience in China, Canada, USA, Jamaica, Thailand, Singapore and the Philippines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The training programme offered by <span style=\"color: #313131; font-weight: bold;\">Ke<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #a23047;\">Sch<\/span>Training International covers the entire spectrum of management, purchasing and sales.
