He first worked as a district manager and sales manager in Germany and then as sales manager Slovenia and Croatia for 4 years. Later he worked as Sales Director for Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan for a consumer goods manufacturer. This was followed by 14 years in the chemical industry as Managing Director in Bulgaria and Albania, President for Central Asia and finally President for the Caribbean, Central America and South America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competences<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2016, he has a degree and has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach. His focus is international negotiation training and international sales strategies. He also specialises in negotiation management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong> Trainer trains leadership strategies for international teams and managers. He also trains building and expanding international customer relationships. In addition, he trains key account management, team performance and management coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For training, consulting and coaching, the KeSch trainer holds a qualification as certified trainer and coach. He also has training as a certified recruiter. In addition, he completed training in leadership training. Numerous methodological and didactic training courses complement his profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Languages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong> Trainer coaches, advises and trains in Polish, German, Russian, Slovenian, Bulgarian, Spanish and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong> Trainer has life and work experience in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Spain, the Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Mexico, Guatemala, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Honduras, Ecuador, Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Bulgaria, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training programme offered by <span style=\"color: #313131; font-weight: bold;\">Ke<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #a23047;\">Sch<\/span>Training International covers the entire spectrum of management, purchasing and sales.
