He has a degree in chemistry and biology (University of Kielce, Poland) and a master&#8217;s degree in chemistry (University of Warsaw, Poland). Initially he worked as a Key Account Manager for a medical engineering company. After that he worked for two years as a sales trainer and coach for a medical device manufacturer.<\/p>\n<h3>Competences<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"193\">Since 2016, he has a degree and has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach. His focus is distribution and sales training in Polish, distribution development and customer acquisition.\u00a0He also trains customer complaint management and customer win-back. In addition, he trains key account management and sales coaching.\u00a0For training, consulting and coaching, he holds a qualification as certified business coach. He also completed certified training as a sales trainer. Numerous further methodological and didactic training courses complement his profile.<\/p>\n<h3>Work experience<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong> trainer has work and life experience in Poland, Germany and the USA.<\/p>\n<h3>Training languages<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong> trainer coaches consults and trains in Polish, German and English<\/p>\n\n\n<p>The training programme offered by <span style=\"color: #313131; font-weight: bold;\">Ke<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #a23047;\">Sch<\/span>Training International covers the entire spectrum of management, purchasing and sales.
