She holds a Master of Arts in Western History from the University of Seoul. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Handelshochschule Leipzig in Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At first, she worked nine years as marketing and research manager at a business development association. Afterwards, she worked ten years as senior project manager at an international automotive supplier. She also served as head of department for planning and projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Since 2018 she has been working as trainer, consultant and coach with the focus on project management and Negotiation in South Korea and other countries. She trains team training, intercultural training and negotiation training, automotive afters-sales training and international customer complaint management. She also trains sales development and retail inventory management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To train, consult and coach she has a qualification as certified intercultural trainer and numerous further methodic and didactic educations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Work experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong> trainer has life and work experience in South Korea, Japan, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the UK, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Training languages<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Ke<span style=\"color: #993300;\">Sch<\/span><\/strong> trainer coaches, consults and trains in Korean, Japanese, English and German.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training programme offered by <span style=\"color: #313131; font-weight: bold;\">Ke<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #a23047;\">Sch<\/span>Training International covers the entire spectrum of management, purchasing and sales.
