After that she worked as a HR manager Latin America for an international automobile supplier in Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since 2011 she has been working as trainer, consultant and coach with the focus on&nbsp;Leadership. She is expert for leadership development and training for managers.
