He has a degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering (University of Paderborn) and a degree in Economics and Sociology (University of Bielefeld). He worked 6 years as consultant and business consultant with an international business consultancy company in Greece. After that he worked 2 years as organisation consultant and coach with a company specializing in continuing education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 2006 he has been trainer, consultant and coach specialized in International leadership training. He is expert for sales training and leadership training, negotiation training, project management and executive coaching, Train-the-Trainer training.
