After that he was a manager of assessment center in a international consultant company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since 2003 he has been working as a trainer, consultant and coach, with the focus on Train the trainer and assessment center. He is expert for diagnostic skills training and assessment center, agreement on objectives negotiations and appraisal interviews. He trains conversational techniques and negotiation management, potential analysis and coaching, as well as train the trainer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to a completed education in training and coaching, <span style=\"color: #313131; font-weight: bold;\">Ke<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #a23047;\">Sch<\/span> trainer completed a training in theme centred interaction (TCI).
