He studied Bio-cybernetics, Biomedicine (University Ilmenau and Wroclaw \/Poland) and holds a doctorate in Psychology (University T\u00fcbingen). Then he was an academic assistant and university lecturer at the Wroclaw University of Technology. Later he worked as a first embassy secretary for the Polish embassy in Germany. He worked for many years as sales manager in a textile trading company, and a few years as a director, chairman and general director of a life insurance company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competences<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since 2000 he has been working as a trainer, coach and consultant with the focus on&nbsp;Leadership training and sales management, negotiation and conflict management, strategic management, corporate communication, sales training and sales management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #313131; font-weight: bold;\">Ke<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #a23047;\">Sch<\/span> trainer completed an education as a management coach and numerous further specialized training courses including methodology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Languages<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"color: #313131; font-weight: bold;\">Ke<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #a23047;\">Sch<\/span> trainer coaches, consults and trains in Polish, German and English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The KeSch trainer has lived and worked in Germany, Belarus, Ukraine, Russia and Poland.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KeSch trainer is expert for&nbsp;Leadership training and sales management.
